Description
Colorado State University seeks three uncoated, 90-degree off-axis parabolic mirror substrates with a 3,500 mm focal length for its ATLAS laser facility. The specified material is Corning HPFS 7980 0F or an equivalent optimized for high-power laser mirrors. The solicitation details dimensional, surface-quality, figure, slope, power spectral density, and metrology requirements; proposed deviations must be identified and technically justified. The supplier must provide full product specifications and literature, describe its manufacturing approach, quality assurance, and metrology capabilities, and submit examples of similar optics with measurement data. The proposal must include warranty information, expected delivery date, and firm pricing for all three optics, including separately stated freight. Delivery is required no later than July 15, 2027, with inspection reports and supporting measurement documentation submitted for approval before shipment. The optics must be packaged dust-free and sealed as specified.
