Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a supplier to furnish, deliver, install, program, and provide staff training for a sound system in the Community Room at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. The scope includes remote Bluetooth pairing buttons, ceiling speakers, amplifiers, Bluetooth interfaces, a rack-mounted power supply, an audio zone mixer, microphone connections, wireless and wired microphones, a wall rack, and a rack drawer. The project also includes two projectors, two rolling projector carts, and two motorized projection screens. Pricing must include all equipment, delivery, installation, labor, materials, training for County staff, and design/programming. Equivalent products may be proposed subject to County approval, and the successful supplier must have low-voltage licensure. The quote must include at least three references demonstrating successful completion of similar projects within the past five years.
