Description
The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology is seeking a supplier to manufacture, supply, and deliver a specified assortment of audio visual equipment, including PTZ cameras, touch screens, presentation and control systems, AirMedia receivers and adaptors, collaboration computers, audio-over-IP converters, network AV encoders and decoders, room controllers, docking stations, microphones, switches, cables, rack panels, mounts, power supplies, and related accessories. The solicitation lists required products, part numbers, and quantities in Appendix A, and requires warranty information. Suppliers must provide proof from the manufacturer or distributor that they are authorized resellers of the requested products, submit pricing through the designated procurement portal, and complete Appendices B and C. Quotes must include delivery costs and be valid for 60 calendar days after closing. The award will be based on the lowest overall proposal price, including shipping, that guarantees delivery by the required deadline.
