Description
The project involves roofing and HVAC improvements to the historic Mount Baker Theatre. Work includes replacing built-up roofing across six roof areas with a new TPO membrane assembly, replacing an aged TPO membrane assembly, replacing an HVAC unit, and installing continuous insulation and vertical flashings. Related work includes adjustments to rooftop equipment, piping, conduits, and mechanical attic or parapet metal siding; asbestos abatement; salvaging and installing existing access ladders and providing a new ladder; installing fall protection in select areas; and demolishing fly tower smoke vents to infill the concrete roof deck. Additive alternates are identified in Specification Section 01 23 00. The stated price range is $1 million to $1.5 million.
