Description
Fraser Health Authority is seeking a general contractor to remediate the below-grade sanitary drainage system at the Langley Public Health Facility. The system has installation issues that have caused recurring blockages, backups, and unreliable performance. The work is to prioritize repairs at identified failure points and add accessible cleanouts to support future maintenance. The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated by January 29, 2027, or sooner. Eligible bidders include general contractors qualified for non-acute care projects over $150,000, electrical subcontractors with no stated dollar threshold, and mechanical subcontractors for whom prequalification is not required. Mechanical subcontractor bids through BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) are due by 3:00 p.m. two business days before the tender closing date.
