Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes for assorted subsistence food products for FDC Honolulu. The requirement includes frozen beef, chicken, turkey, pizza, and other prepared foods; canned and dry vegetables, fruit, beans, pasta, rice, spices, sauces, and seasonings; dairy products; beverage mixes; and related food items. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided on the attached bid sheets, including packaging, labeling, temperature, freshness, USDA and Food Safety and Inspection Service compliance, and product-quality requirements. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside under NAICS 311999. The Government may make single or multiple awards, and some line items may not be awarded. Complete delivery of awarded items is required by October 19, 2026, with palletized deliveries during specified receiving hours. Offers will be evaluated primarily on price, with past performance also considered; late, incorrect, or non-delivery may negatively affect evaluation and future responsibility determinations. Quotes must use the attached bid sheets and include the required offeror information and applicable representations and certifications.
