Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for one Fluke Reliability/PRUFTECHNIK ROTALIGN ELITE laser shaft alignment system, part number ALI-54.003-OP.NA.ST, or equal. The system must be a complete portable kit for precision alignment of rotating equipment and include all components, accessories, cables, mounting hardware, software, and licenses required for full operation upon delivery. The quotation should also address two 600 mm tension chains, part number ALI 2.115, and one standard compact magnetic bracket set, part number ALI 2.112, if required. Offers must demonstrate technical compliance and capability, provide acceptable recent and relevant past performance or qualify for a neutral rating, identify anticipated subcontractors and their work percentages, and include an all-inclusive firm-fixed price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable quotations.
