Description
The Hawaii Department of Health seeks a qualified contractor to conduct statewide planning and coordination activities supporting implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program initiative to expand dental health capacity at rural federally qualified health centers. The work is limited to planning and statewide readiness activities for anticipated equipment procurement and implementation during fiscal years 2027–2028; no dental equipment will be purchased under this solicitation.
