Description
The Massachusetts Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for custom-branded promotional items used in marketing and enlistment-recruiting programs. The required quantities are 1,000 playing card sets, 8,000 fleece knit beanies, 2,500 lace-up hoodies, 1,500 football jerseys, and 40,000 black ballpoint pens. Items must incorporate the specified logos, artwork, colors, imprints, garment sizes, and construction requirements. The government will provide artwork within seven days after award. The vendor must provide digital proofs within seven days of receiving the artwork and production samples of each item within 14 days after proof approval. Following sample approval, liftgate delivery is required within 30 days. Award is intended for a single vendor offering the lowest total price for all contract line items whose quote is technically acceptable and otherwise compliant.
