Description
The Town of Marblehead is soliciting sealed bids for construction of an ADA ramp at the Stramski Property under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M. The project is subject to Massachusetts prevailing-wage requirements. Bidders must provide a bid deposit of at least 5% of the total project amount. The successful bidder must furnish a labor and materials payment bond equal to 50% of the contract price.
