Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified businesses capable of providing comprehensive HVAC maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and emergency repairs at Olmsted Lock and Dam. The anticipated vehicle is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement, with calls issued as needed and typically covering 365-day contract years. The facility has 21 high-capacity commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including LG dedicated outdoor air systems, iAIRE split/rooftop systems, Modine hydronic unit heaters, and INDEECO electric wall heaters. Required capabilities include scheduled preventative maintenance, code-compliant inspections, complex troubleshooting, and same-day emergency response with on-site arrival within four hours of notification. Technicians must be able to interface with LG DOAS systems using Lynxspring JENEsys PC3000e hardware and software, diagnose and clear proprietary fault codes, apply software or firmware updates, and troubleshoot Rawal APR controls and Lenze SMVector variable-frequency drives on iAIRE systems. Respondents must provide a UEI, small-business status, and up to three relevant project narratives addressing scope, size, contract value, self-performance, completion status, and experience with comparable commercial HVAC work.
