Description
The City of Paducah is requesting professional services to design and engineer approximately 0.50 miles of sidewalk along the west side of Coleman Road, from the railroad tracks to the Hinkleville Road intersection. The scope includes environmental and permitting services, surveying, right-of-way services, utility coordination, preparation of construction bid documents, and construction administration. The project is funded through FY26 Carbon Reduction Funding from the Federal Highway Administration. The consultant team must be prequalified through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in roadway design, construction, surveying, structure design for spans under 500 feet, geotechnical services, right-of-way, and utilities. Proposals may be submitted by email or by mail and must include five individual copies for mailed submissions.
