Description
The Authority seeks a contractor to operate, manage, and maintain its airport parking facilities, including short-term and long-term garages, an economy garage and surface lot, toll plazas, employee parking, and overflow areas. Responsibilities include staffing and supervising parking operations; customer service and emergency road assistance; parking permits and reservation-related operations; revenue protection and reconciliation; and facility cleaning and inspections. Valet parking is planned for fiscal year 2028. The selected Resident Manager must meet the minimum requirements in the sample contract’s operating-process exhibit. The current operator is ABM Aviation, Inc. D/B/A ABM Parking Services, which has managed the facilities since May 1, 2012. The current contract expires June 30, 2027. The solicitation describes the scale of parking and toll operations, including annual transaction volumes and average overnight vehicle inventories for the garages and economy lot.
