Description
The City seeks a one-year lease, with options for two additional one-year terms, for a secure parking solution available to police department employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ideal facility will provide 17 spaces sized for vehicles up to full-size pickup trucks and be within 0.5 miles of 125 Sixth Street. Proposals should describe the parking spaces and their specific location, including supporting photographs, designs, or drawings, and demonstrate authority to lease the property to the City. The facility must provide a secure perimeter, appropriate lighting, and signage restricting access to police employees; comply with applicable zoning requirements for commercial or municipal vehicle storage; and be maintained in good repair, including regular sweeping, striping, and prompt snow and ice removal. The proposal must include pricing for each of the three possible lease years, three references for similar services, and the required bidder information and certifications. The selected proposer must accept the City's lease form; requested changes are subject to City approval.
