Description
This Sources Sought announcement seeks capability statements and market research responses from providers able to operate a Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Contracted Emergency Residential Services program in San Joaquin County, California. The requirement includes emergency housing for 10 homeless Veterans per day, along with care, treatment, rehabilitative services, outreach, case management, and housing services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement. The Market Research Questions attachment requests information about facility location and licensing, mental-health services, transportation access, staffing and 24-hour coverage, meals, case management, behavioral-health capabilities, admission criteria, Veteran-serving experience, accessibility, available beds, organizational status, registration, and estimated per-night pricing.
