The California Military Department is soliciting a contractor to provide approximately 12 months of groundwater and soil vapor gas monitoring and reporting services at Stockton Field Maintenance Shop #24. The scope includes project management; annual gauging and sampling of nine groundwater monitoring wells and four soil vapor wells; field measurements; laboratory analysis by a California-certified laboratory; quality assurance and quality control; chain-of-custody procedures; and investigation-derived waste transportation and disposal. The contractor must upload groundwater elevation and analytical data to GeoTracker, prepare annual groundwater and soil vapor monitoring and investigation/remedial evaluation reports, coordinate with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, and provide compiled searchable PDF reports, a hard-copy binder, CDs, and an electronic copy through DoD SAFE. Reports requiring professional certification must be signed and stamped by a California-licensed Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer. The estimated period of performance is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with annual field sampling scheduled for May 31, 2027.
