Description
The Town of Plainfield is soliciting bids for construction of the CR 975 E Trail Extension. The project will extend an existing 10-foot-wide multi-use trail from south of the Echo Hollow Nature Park parking lot north toward the intersection of CR 750 and CR 975, then west along CR 750, terminating approximately 485 linear feet east of the CR 750 Culvert at Hendricks Creek. Work will cross a parking-lot entry drive, a service drive, and multiple town-owned parcels. Each bid must include either a certified check payable to the Town of Plainfield or a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid price. The awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Required bid materials include the Town-modified Contractor's Bid for Public Works (Form 96), the Standard Questionnaire and Financial Statements for Bidders, and the signed Contractor's Financial Statement.
