Description
Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking a Construction Manager as Constructor to provide the full range of pre-construction and construction management services for auditorium projects at City High Middle School and Burton Middle School. The scope includes project management, estimating, scheduling, coordination, construction oversight, staffing, reimbursable expenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and related general conditions. The contractor must complete the provided cost workbooks for each project, identify proposed staff and hourly rates, and account for prevailing-wage requirements. The attached workbooks identify estimated construction costs of $2,722,420 for City High Middle School and $320,500 for Burton Middle School. They provide project-specific pre-construction and construction schedules, staffing-hour projections, construction-manager fees, reimbursable costs, permits, insurance, taxes, and other cost categories. The solicitation requires a technical qualifications submission and a separate fee proposal, with the fee materials supported by the completed project cost workbooks.
