Description
AnchorPoint Christian School is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 2 E-Rate services, including approximately six wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, maintenance for wireless access points, antennas, connectors and related components, cabling if needed, and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. The requested access points should be Ruckus 500- or 600-series equipment or equivalent; the school currently has Ruckus R550 and R650 access points and several Ruckus switches. Bidders must itemize any products or services that are not eligible for Universal Service Fund support, maintain an E-Rate SPIN, have the required service-provider certification on file with USAC, and maintain active SAM.gov registration. Quotes must be firm fixed price, identify non-eligible items separately, and account for possible multi-provider awards, growth, and implementation requirements. Award and implementation are contingent on E-Rate funding approval, enrollment, and budgetary requirements.
