Description
The City of Cedar Rapids Water Division is soliciting bids for the excavation, hauling, and disposal of lime sludge at the Northwest Water Treatment Plant. This is an electronic bid submission only, through the City's Euna Procurement portal (powered by IonWave). Email, fax, or hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their bids are correctly submitted into the electronic system. Bids will be opened electronically on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT. Bid results will not be shared over the telephone or before an award is made. Bids may be withdrawn before the closing time but cannot be modified or withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after submission.
