Description
The City of Iowa City is soliciting bids for the N Dodge Street and ACT Circle Intersection Improvements Project. This project involves the removal and installation of new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main systems, including hydrants and services. Additionally, existing street and sidewalk pavement will be removed and replaced, and a new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection. The project is scheduled to begin in August 2026 and conclude in April 2027. The engineer's estimate for this project is $3,200,000. Plans will be available starting June 17, 2026, and bids are due by July 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST.
