The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source contract to Darbonnier Tactical Supply LLC for thirty custom-fitted Angel Armor 2.0 vest systems. Each system includes a carrier, NIJ Level IIIA soft armor, Angel Armor Truth SNAP hard rifle plates including the 308 Elite and Truth SNAP plates, compatible accessory pouches, and custom badging. The vests must be black with high-visibility white reflective lettering and Hook-and-loop “POLICE” badges and name tapes for each officer. The vendor must provide official National Institute of Justice compliance letters for both the soft armor and Truth SNAP rifle plates at proposal submission, conduct in-person sizing for thirty personnel at Hanscom Air Force Base, and provide a strict 30-day fit guarantee. This is a sole-source notice seeking capability statements and is not itself a request for proposals or bids.
