INVITATION TO BID Eastern U.P. Intermediate School District – New 45’x30’ Storage Building in Kincheloe, MI. The Owner will receive Bids until 11:00 am eastern daylight time on the 11th day of September 2026, at the EUP ISD, Attn: Deanna Mayer, 315 Armory, Sault Ste. Marie, MI. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference and visit to Project site has been arranged for Bidders at 10:00 am eastern daylight time, on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The meeting will begin at 15901 Country Club Dr., Kincheloe, MI 49788 and will include a tour of the site. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Bidding Documents may be obtained by contacting UPEA, 707 Ashmun Street, Sault Ste. Marie, MI, (906) 635-0511 or jgagnon@upea.com, for a non-refundable handling fee of a $25 for a hard copy or free of charge for a pdf.
