Description
Greenville County is seeking qualified vendors to provide a turnkey Inmate Telephone System and related communication services for its Detention Center, serving approximately 1,600 inmates across multiple facilities. The selected vendor must provide, install, operate, and maintain the system. The system must be secure, reliable, accountable, and compliant with applicable federal, state, local, and Federal Communications Commission requirements. The solicitation also seeks the lowest reasonable communication costs for inmates and their families.
