Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is issuing a notice regarding uncashed capital credit checks mailed to former members in 2019. Some checks were returned due to outdated addresses. The cooperative wishes to distribute these funds to the rightful owners. Former members whose names appear on the provided list are eligible to claim their capital credits by contacting the cooperative at 800-342-4671. Any unclaimed capital credits remaining after November 1, 2026, will be forfeited in accordance with North Dakota Century Code sections 10-15-34.1 and 10-15-23.
