Description
The University of North Dakota is soliciting a contractor to provide and install popular-reading shelving at the Chester Fritz Library. The scope includes oak-construction continuous canopy tops and single-face bookmark shelving in specified dimensions, with modifications including crown molding, finished end panels, and a dimensional change to one shelving unit. The shelving must match the wood, stain, and molding of existing library columns. The response must include the complete bid proposal form, a copy of a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the proper class and full bid amount, and a bid bond submitted through the Jaggaer portal. The work will be phased as shown in the drawings and project manual, while occupancy and life-safety systems must remain operational during construction. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, considering specifications, delivery, quality, serviceability, and past performance.
