Description
The City of Minot is soliciting bids for three fuel items: up to 70,000 gallons of winter-mix clear diesel, up to 70,000 gallons of summer-premium clear diesel, and 70,000 gallons of E87 unleaded gasoline with additives meeting OEM Top Tier requirements. Diesel must meet specified pour-point, cloud-point, cold-filter-plug-point, and HFRR lubricity standards; premium additives must be injected rather than batch blended. Pricing is based on rack price plus the bidder's markup and delivery charge, with quantities subject to variation. Fuel must be delivered to the Public Works Department in tanker quantities of 5,000–8,000 gallons, generally within 24 hours of an order. The contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027. Bidders must submit the completed bid proposal and product documentation verifying compliance with the stated fuel specifications. No bid bond is required.
