Description
The Port of Houston Authority is soliciting a qualified authorized Eaton distributor to provide two 1-MVA and seven 2-MVA new, unused, genuine Eaton pad-mounted distribution transformers, related equipment and accessories, manufacturer submittals, factory testing, certified test reports, warranty coordination, spare-parts information, operation and maintenance manuals, and related distributor support. Approved substitutions require written authorization. The contractor must coordinate manufacturer approvals, arrange packaging, transportation, unloading, and delivery, and provide drawings, nameplate and rating data, test reports, serial numbers, manuals, warranty materials, and other required documentation. Pricing is required for all nine transformers, with an optional extended one-year Eaton warranty. A 5% bid/proposal bond is required. Responses must be submitted through Workday and remain valid for 120 calendar days after the response due date.
