Description
Latrobe Municipal Authority is soliciting sealed proposals for replacement of the Theater Street waterline. Contractors must comply with Pennsylvania's Public Works Employment Verification Act and prevailing-wage requirements. Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder's bond equal to 10% of the proposal amount. Contract documents and drawings are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of $150 per set. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after filing, and the Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities.
