The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole-source modification to existing contract N00024-22-C-5235 under FAR 6.302-1. The modification would extend performance through fiscal year 2032 for Ship Self-Defense System production, sparing, and engineering services supporting Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems 80. The notice is a presolicitation and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit information demonstrating their interest and capability; the Government will consider responses received within 15 days of publication, but may decide not to compete the action. The existing contract was awarded to Leonardo DRS, Inc.
