Description
The City of Victoria is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a pilot digitization project for approximately 250 cubic feet of active building permit records. The scope includes scanning rolled plans and standard folders, secure transport, storage, indexing, quality assurance, and related services. Because the records remain active business records, the contractor must support retrievals during the project. The opportunity is a Request for Proposal. Submissions may be uploaded electronically through BC Bid by pre-authorized electronic bidders or through the City of Victoria's Bonfire procurement portal. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
