Description

Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is seeking licensed resource parents to provide short-term emergency shelter care for children and youth under solicitation 21-0072. The existing scope covers children ages 0–17, sibling groups, teen mothers with infants, and non-minor dependents who need safe, temporary shelter. The solicitation materials identify a required submission package consisting of a complete bid, all required documentation and attachments, and the applicable exhibits from Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms. The materials include the Declaration; Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit; Proposer’s Certification of Compliance; Request for Preference Consideration; Commercially Useful Function Certification Form when applicable; Community Business Enterprise Information Excel Worksheet; and prevailing-wage and contractor-registration documentation. Exhibit 6 must be submitted in Excel format. The materials also state that incomplete Appendix A forms may render a bid nonresponsive.
