Description
The City seeks qualified firms to provide on-call professional surveying, mapping, and related services for municipal projects and operations. Proposers may offer one or more of seven categories: topographic and design-support surveying; boundary, right-of-way, easement, and land-record surveying; construction staking; as-built and record surveying; survey and plat review; utility locating and subsurface investigation; and geospatial mapping and reality capture. Services are assigned as needed through project-specific scopes, fees, schedules, and purchase orders; there is no guaranteed minimum work or compensation. The City may award contracts to multiple firms by category. Proposals must include a technical proposal, completed Solicitation Response Form, and rate sheets. The technical proposal must address the categories proposed, qualifications and capacity, at least three comparable project references completed within the past five years, and a service-delivery plan. A signed cover letter and a signed letter from the entity’s owner or a statement delegating authority are also required. A separate confidential-material document is conditional. The proposal is limited to 30 pages for the technical portion, subject to stated exclusions, and must be submitted as one searchable PDF through the designated electronic portal. The initial contract term runs through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement.
