Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to make a sole-source award to The Regents of the University of Colorado for access to the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute’s REDCap research data capture system and the CU Anschutz OnCore research trial management system. The agency states that the proprietary platform supports ongoing research studies, established protocols, and approved affiliate collaborations, and that transferring or integrating the work with another system could compromise data continuity, research integrity, security, and operations. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may submit information demonstrating their capability to meet the requirement, including relevant specifications, cut sheets, brochures, or a capability statement.
