Description
The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a Data Coordinator to support Turtle Mountain Middle School's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The contractor will organize, integrate, analyze, and present academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional data, including data from FastBridge and NDA+. Responsibilities include developing data infrastructure and protocols, producing monthly and quarterly reports, evaluating Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, and preparing information for school board, Cognia, and school-improvement reporting. The contractor will provide staff training, coaching, data-meeting facilitation, user guides, academic and behavior guides, and weekly online follow-up resources. The scope includes 36 on-site visits, 36 virtual sessions, three all-staff trainings, and ongoing collaboration with school personnel. Key personnel must independently perform the work, complete required security screening and training, protect student information, and comply with applicable privacy and federal requirements. The quotation must include an all-inclusive firm-fixed price, capability and experience information, a key-personnel resume, subcontractor information or a self-performance statement, SAM registration identifiers, current company contact information, amendment acknowledgment, and the completed required small-business representations.
