Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to procure and install new office furniture for Building 445, Rooms 135, 135B, and 137C. The requirement includes eight cubicle workstations arranged in two groups, five freestanding desks, and 14 executive office chairs, along with associated electrical and communications components, storage, task lighting, monitor arms, and other installation materials. Furniture must be new and meet the detailed dimensions, configurations, finishes, colors, and performance specifications in the Statement of Work and drawings. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, delivery, installation, cleanup, and disposal of packing materials. Required submittals include product literature and clear photographs for each distinct product type, color submittals, a 12-month workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties, and a project schedule covering submittals, delivery, installation, and closeout. The procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside and will be evaluated on technical capability, price, and past performance. The anticipated period of performance is 100 days.
