The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is soliciting quotes for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide general maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at the Russellville Site Office, which includes areas of responsibility for the Toad Suck Field Office and Lake Dardanelle. The contract will have a base period of approximately 12 months and two 12-month option periods. Services include a wide range of tasks such as normal and emergency service calls, unscheduled labor, material costs, campsite and facility maintenance (e.g., fire rings, grills, benches, landscape timbers and blocks), carpentry and concrete work (e.g., concrete slabs, roof sheathing, shingle and R-panel roofing), electrical work (e.g., RV pedestals, underground lines, meter bases, panels, system testing), plumbing work (e.g., underground water leaks, water/sewer lines, freezeless hydrants, valves, reduced pressure zone assemblies), civil engineering services (e.g., equipment rental with operators, debris disposal), and traffic control (e.g., wheel stops, timber barriers, privacy fences).
