Description
The Government is procuring one new, unused, current-production 30-horsepower low-pressure steam boiler for a dining hall boiler replacement. The required equipment is a horizontal firetube packaged boiler and natural-gas burner system with a 15 psig design pressure, 7 psig operating pressure, 15 psig safety-valve setting, maximum NOx emissions of 20 ppm, and operation on 115V single-phase, 60 Hz power. The package must include the specified steam, feedwater, blowoff, overflow, drain, chemical-feed, and stack connections. The boiler must include integrated burner management and combustion controls, direct-spark ignition, UV flame detection, low-water cutoffs, gauges, valves, gas train and safety shutoff arrangements, piping, trim, and other listed accessories. It must comply with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, be UL/cUL listed, and meet ASME CSD-1 requirements. The quotation must identify the manufacturer and model, confirm compliance with each salient characteristic, provide product and technical literature, dimensions and shipping weight, utility requirements, included and shipped-loose components, standards-compliance documentation, lead time, warranty terms, and freight terms if applicable. Installation and startup are not required under this purchase.
