Description
The City of Hastings Downtown Development Authority is seeking a contractor to supply an assortment of flowers for its downtown streetscape during 2027–2028. The requested quantities include 56 eighteen-inch hanging baskets, two reserve hanging baskets, 12 two-by-six-foot planter boxes, and 58 three-foot round planters. Proposals must be sealed and delivered to the City Clerk/Treasurer’s office with “Streetscape Flowers” marked on the package. The RFP packet is available in print or digital form upon request.
