Description
The City of Brossard is soliciting bids for services to plant and maintain annual flowers and perennial plants. The contract will run for 36 months with no renewal options, and award will be based on the lowest proposed price under the applicable municipal contracting rules. Bids may be submitted either in paper format at the designated Brossard service counter or electronically through the electronic tendering system.
