Description
Workforce Solutions Borderplex seeks proposals from providers for one or more service categories under Lot 3, Economic Development Projects. Services may include workforce case management, skills assessment, training enrollment and payment processing, job placement, work-based learning and internships, supportive services, and payroll and employer-of-record services for work-based learning participants. Respondents should describe their proposed service approach and may propose for one, several, or all populations and service categories. This supplemental solicitation expands the qualified provider pool established under the prior workforce and economic development services procurement. Existing providers need respond only if seeking additional service categories. The initial response round may be followed by reopening for additional proposals. The RFP requires a detailed line-item budget and budget narrative; the stated economic development budget ceiling is $3,340,900. The selected provider may be conditionally qualified for the pool, but qualification does not guarantee a contract or funding. Any resulting contract is intended to have a 12-month term with up to four one-year renewals.
