Description
CommUnityCare seeks a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive external mock HRSA audit of its 340B program. Work may include both remote and on-site activities and must assess the organization’s 340B universe, policies and procedures, contracts, OPAIS entries, duplicate discounts, and diversion. The vendor must provide a clear audit methodology and demonstrate relevant 340B expertise and experience with federally qualified health centers and related vendors. Required deliverables include a mock audit report identifying immediate and long-term risks, claims analysis, recommendations to improve compliance, and a corrective-action strategy with post-audit support. Proposals are evaluated on expertise, methodology, experience and past performance, deliverables, staffing, cost, and value-added services. The solicitation also requests a transparent cost proposal, team credentials, three recent client references, financial information, and responses to the supplied technology questionnaire.
