Description
Douglas County is soliciting item-by-item bids for assorted institutional linens and textile products, including pillowcases, reusable and disposable pillows, bath towels, washcloths, bath blankets, clothing protectors, incontinence pads, bariatric fitted sheets, contour sheets, top sheets, spreads or blankets, and patient gowns in specified sizes, colors, materials, and quantities. Estimated quantities represent annual usage only, and orders will be placed as needed; pricing must include shipping, freight, and surcharges. The bid may be awarded by item. The initial contract term is two years, with two additional one-year extensions available at the County's discretion. Prices must remain firm during the initial term, and extension-period increases are subject to documentation and a Consumer Price Index limitation. Vendors must provide samples at no cost for every item bid, clearly marked with the item number and vendor name, and mail them to Douglas County Purchasing. Electronic bidding is required. Bid security is not required. Questions must be submitted through the bid event's Questions tab.
