Description
Olmsted County is seeking a contractor to overhaul, refurbish, or rebuild an Elliott E802100-1 steam turbine previously removed from service. The work must restore the turbine to original equipment manufacturer specifications for use at the Olmsted County Waste to Energy Facility. The solicitation includes technical specifications, a project manual, photographs of the turbine, general contract terms, RFQ terms and conditions, and insurance and bond requirements. Vendors may submit proposed contract modifications through the question tab for County review; the County will not negotiate directly with vendors.
