Description
This requirement is for the procurement of the DZYNE Technologies Dronebuster® Block 4, a man-portable, handheld Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS), for the 91st Security Forces Group. The system must be capable of detecting, disrupting, and defeating commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) drones through radio frequency (RF) jamming and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) disruption. The Dronebuster Block 4 is the only authorized item for C-UAS with a waiver of use and spectrum certification, replacing the EOL Block 3 Dronebuster. The procurement includes the Dronebuster Block 4 with PNT (SNA), handheld C-UAS with PNT Attack, handle, batteries, and kits. A 1-day CONUS Training Course for the Dronebuster is also required. This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued as full and open competition. The NAICS code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,350 employees. Funds are not presently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
