Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to B & A for ruggedized marine engineering systems hardware. This hardware is required for the establishment of the LSD Machinery Control System (MCS) tech refresh. The government anticipates making the award before the end of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. The specific items requested include: * Rugged 24 FP Monitor with USB Stowable Keyboard * Assembly, NEMA Chassis, Retro Base * Mount, C Frame, Rugged, Wire Rope * Console, PED, 24 USB for Local CPU * Rack, LSD BTO Assy for DCC, G2 * Display, Assy, 24" PED 1920, Panel Upgrade (3 units) * Kit, USB/DVI Single Link Extension, 12M (3 units) * Kit, Upgrade, EQ Rack, LSD G2-G3 (2 units) This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106, as B & A is identified as the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements. The Product Service Code for this effort is 7B20.
