Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for informational and planning purposes to identify potential Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) capable of providing laboratory processing, incubation, analysis, and reporting services for sterile compounding competency testing. This service is required to support compliance with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) <797> standards at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility (QNBMHCF) in Belcourt, North Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for all laboratory support services and shipping materials necessary to process and report on sterile compounding competency tests using government-supplied media fill kits. Services include receiving, processing, incubating, monitoring, and reporting on these samples, with the capacity to process up to eighteen (18) samples per submission. The anticipated NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months after the date of award. The place of performance will be the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility located at 1300 Hospital Loop, Belcourt, ND 58316. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and payment requests must be submitted electronically via the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
