Description
This solicitation is for commercial items, specifically repair services for APS-143C(V)3 radar system components that support the HC-144 Maritime Patrol Aircraft. The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis from Telephonics Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), due to their proprietary technical data and expertise. The repairs will cover the Receiver/Transmitter (R/T), Signal Data Processor (S/P), and Antenna Pedestal (A/P) components. Offerors must be able to obtain the necessary technical expertise, engineering data, and OEM parts. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) is required for all repairs. The solicitation specifies that only quotations with FOB Destination or FOB Origin shipping terms will be accepted.
