Description
Hesed House, a homeless shelter, is seeking bids for the repaving of its entire lower-level parking lot located at 659 S. River St, Aurora, IL. The project includes replacing and repairing curbs and drainage areas, and restriping the lot according to owner and local codes. This project is being bid as Time and Material to minimize disruption to Hesed House's operations. The anticipated schedule includes a contract award on July 10, 2026, with construction completion by September 15, 2026. Bidders must disclose if they cannot meet this projected schedule. The project is federally assisted and subject to Davis-Bacon and Related Act requirements, with a 5% bid bond and a 100% performance and payment bond required.
