Description
The Village of Lisle is soliciting bids for contractual snow and ice removal services. This service is required for the Village's Central Business District and commuter areas, including sidewalks, platforms, roadways, and parking lots. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal terms. Services include snow and ice removal, de-icing, and potential snow pile removal. The Village will provide de-icing materials. Contractors must meet specific response times and equipment requirements, and maintain an office within a proximity that allows for timely arrival at work sites. A performance bond and payment bond, each for 100% of the contract sum, are required.
